What this notice covers
This website only — www.getzuga.com.
Our applications are still in development and are not open to the public. When they are, they will have their own privacy notice covering what they collect. Nothing on this page describes them.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you, and nothing you have not chosen to send us.
- No cookies. We set none.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics or any equivalent.
- No trackers, no advertising pixels, no social pixels.
- Nothing loaded from any other company — no content delivery network, no web fonts, no tag manager.
This is enforced rather than promised. The site runs a Content-Security-Policy of default-src 'none', which means your own browser refuses any request to another origin. It is not a setting you have to take on trust.
There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Two things that are worth stating precisely
The contact form does not submit anything to us. It opens a message in your own email application. Nothing is sent to our servers, and there is nowhere for it to be sent — the site's policy sets form-action 'none'.
Our hosting provider records standard request information. Like any website, requests to www.getzuga.com may be recorded by Microsoft Azure — typically the IP address, the time, and the browser type — for security and reliability. We do not use that to identify you, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not sell or share it.
If you email us
We hold your email address and what you wrote, so that we can reply. Nothing more, and we do not add you to anything.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@getzuga.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you can complain to a data-protection authority:
| Where you are | Authority |
|---|---|
| South Africa | Information Regulator (South Africa) — POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za |
| Malawi | Malawi Data Protection Authority — info@dpa.mw. A complaint must be lodged within 90 days |
If your country is not listed, contact us and we will tell you which authority applies. We would rather do that than name the wrong one.
Changes
If any of the above stops being true, this page changes first.
